Sales Executive – EV Charging Solutions

ELECREST is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and build customer relationships within an assigned European market.

This is a field-based sales role focused on visiting prospective customers, identifying local projects and introducing ELECREST’s high-power DC charging solutions. You will regularly meet charge point operators, distributors, fleet operators, installers, energy companies and other infrastructure partners.

The ideal candidate is confident in face-to-face sales, comfortable travelling frequently and capable of turning initial customer contact into qualified commercial opportunities.

What you will do

  • Conduct regular customer visits and face-to-face sales meetings within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and approach prospective customers through field visits, industry networks, referrals, events and outbound contact.
  • Introduce ELECREST’s DC charging products and explain their technical and commercial benefits.
  • Develop relationships with charge point operators, distributors, installers, fleet operators, energy companies and infrastructure partners.
  • Collect information about customer projects, purchasing plans, technical requirements and decision-making processes.
  • Qualify potential opportunities and maintain an active regional sales pipeline.
  • Arrange product presentations, technical discussions and follow-up meetings with prospective customers.
  • Support the preparation of quotations, proposals and commercial documentation.
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations and ongoing negotiations to move opportunities towards contract completion.
  • Visit existing customers to maintain relationships, collect feedback and identify additional business opportunities.
  • Search for potential distributors, agents and local sales partners within the assigned market.
  • Represent ELECREST at exhibitions, conferences, customer events and industry networking activities.
  • Monitor local competitors, market demand, pricing trends and new charging infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Submit regular visit reports, opportunity updates and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate with technical, marketing and after-sales teams to support customer requirements.
  • Achieve agreed targets for customer visits, qualified leads, sales opportunities and revenue.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Sales, Engineering, Energy or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, business development or customer-facing commercial roles.
  • Experience in EV charging, automotive, renewable energy, electrical equipment, industrial products or infrastructure is preferred.
  • Strong interest in face-to-face customer development and local market expansion.
  • Confident communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain their value clearly to customers.
  • Proactive, persistent and comfortable approaching new customers independently.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan customer visits and manage multiple opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driving licence and ability to travel independently for customer visits.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Fluency in the local language of the assigned market is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard sales reporting processes is advantageous.
  • Existing contacts within the EV charging, energy, automotive or electrical sectors are desirable.
  • A field-based commercial role in the growing European EV charging industry.
