Executive Assistant to the CEO (m/f/d)
At Elecrest, we build technology that drives the global mobility transition. As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with our CEO to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment across the organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules
- Prepare and coordinate executive communications and presentations
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and facilitate board meetings and executive retreats
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an executive support role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern collaboration tools
